Agency and Client Workspaces
Operate multiple client environments from an agency account while keeping access and usage isolated.
Agency workspaces are designed for teams that manage multiple client environments from one parent account.
What Changes In An Agency Workspace
Once a workspace is upgraded to an agency account, you can create client workspaces underneath it. These client environments are separate operational units with their own data and runtime surfaces.
That gives you a cleaner way to manage:
- client-specific agents
- client-specific usage
- client isolation
- client-level access and context switching
When To Use This Model
Choose an agency setup when:
- your team runs agents for multiple customers
- each customer needs isolated access and reporting
- you do not want one client's configuration or usage mixed into another's
If you are only operating one internal environment, a normal workspace is simpler.
Create A Client Workspace
- Open Clients from the agency navigation.
- Choose Add Client.
- Enter the client name.
- Create the client workspace.
After creation, that client becomes its own isolated operating context under the agency.
Limits To Watch
Agency accounts usually have plan-level sub-account limits. If you cannot create another client workspace, check the current plan and sub-account allowance in the billing and usage areas.
Operating Tips
- keep client names consistent and recognizable
- use separate snapshots and agents per client when the runtime should differ
- do not treat client workspaces as tags inside one shared environment
- review billing and usage regularly so high-consumption client accounts are visible early
