Most problems in Salambo become easier to diagnose once you know where to look first.
Start With The Smallest Useful Check
When something is not working, begin with these questions:
- Is the agent active?
- Does the agent have a snapshot?
- Does the network policy allow the required domains?
- Are the necessary secrets present and correctly scoped?
- Is billing or a plan limit blocking the action?
- Is the API key missing the required scope?
The Best Places To Investigate
Different problems show up in different places:
- Dashboard for recent failures and attention items
- Agent detail page for runtime, network, secrets, and run history
- Run detail page for events, responses, artifacts, and terminal access
- Usage and Billing for blocked actions tied to plan or payment state
- Members for permission-related issues
