Manage Plans and Billing
Handle plan changes, billing portal actions, payment issues, and understand how plan limits affect workspace operations.
Use the billing area when you need to manage the commercial side of the workspace.
What You Can Do In Billing
Depending on your plan and permissions, the billing area can include:
- plan selection or checkout
- current subscription view
- lifetime order details
- billing portal access
- compute usage cards
- payment or grace-period warnings
Common Billing States
The workspace can surface states such as:
- active
- trialing
- past due
- cancelled
- unpaid
- paused
These states matter operationally, not just financially. A past-due or blocked workspace can prevent normal creation or runtime actions until billing is fixed.
Plan Limits To Watch
The platform tracks limits such as:
- number of agents
- number of sub-accounts
If you hit a limit, Salambo may show an upgrade prompt instead of letting the action continue.
Billing Portal
Use the billing portal when you need to:
- update payment details
- review invoices
- change subscription details
- cancel or resume billing actions supported by your provider setup
If the billing portal fails to open, try again and check whether the workspace member has permission to manage billing.
When Billing Blocks Work
The most common symptoms are:
- you cannot create another agent or client workspace
- runs are blocked because payment failed
- invitations are blocked by billing policy
When that happens, review both the current billing status and the workspace limits before changing the runtime setup.
